According to sources La Ley has been noticed that they are in default of the agreement signed in 2011. In addition to not carrying the property insurance, they are $44,000 behind in utility payments, have operated a dance studio and daycare facility which are non-conforming uses. The contract with Gigantes is also an issue in the bullet points above.
