Former City of Homestead City Clerk Sheila Paul Shedd's account of 2009 Public Records Requests for private and personal text/pin messages of Mike Shehadeh, Johanna Faddis and select council members made by Councilwoman Judy Waldman and Reverend Jimmie Williams III. Ms. Shedd indicates the City of Homestead had already established a policy on "content" of Public Records which was made by City Attorney David Wolpin.
