A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOMESTEAD FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION FROM VILLA PORTOFINO EAST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE ALL ACTION NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE DEDICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH REAL PROPERTY.

A Motion made for approval by Vice Mayor Waldman and seconded by Councilman Burgess
City Manager Purrinos explained that this land transfer was a requirement of the Community Development Block Grant CDBG agreement which was entered into between the City and the Community Development District CDD on July 31 2008 and it was required for grant application approval therefore he was urging the Council to approve this transfer of property to proceed with the
project.
Mayor Bateman opened the public hearing.
No comments from the public, therefore Mayor Bateman closed the public hearing.

They have a lot of vacant space and it is convenient. However, being so close to the Bateman and Waldman campaigns puts a certain smell in the air and it's not the pizza from the first floor of the building.
