....as in Tomas Mesa, Bill Kiriloff and Mayor Otis Wallace may equal Tomas, Bill and Otis or TBO, is that good government when past and present Florida City Department heads start a venture together with the Mayor? The document shows that 406 SW 1st Street was their mailing address and principal place of business. Looks like a lot of business was happening in the small space.
