Congressman Joe Garcia: ‘Flawed’ absentee-voting system, ‘reckless abandon’ in politics contributed to ballot scandal - Miami-Dade - MiamiHerald.comHIH POV:
Just one big political mess for Florida's 26th Congressional District! If the candidate is not minding the store then who is? All this stuff happens under the radar? When the campaign kick-off took place where was the campaigns ethics and values brief or was it "ends justify the means" approach. This is absolutely shameful and the citizens affected need to demand better. Congressman David Rivera lost the election and rightfully so, but what we've gotten in his place may be no better nor what we get in the future if something isn't done to fix the Absentee Ballot problems in Florida.
