Noun: a narcissistic megalomaniac that wants to do everything, thinks he/she is always right, and thinks the world revolves around him/her.

A couple of Mayors up in the northern end of the county are in some hot water over what they thought was city advertising. Andres Pierre, one of them, also donated $500 to the 2011 Campaign of Mayor Bateman. Hmm.....
