Seminole Theatre: More Delays, Little Oversight

Does it appears to you the Seminole Theatre Restoration Project is mismanaged?  This is an ongoing effort lacking financial oversight and accountability.  The City Council needs to rein in the spending to ensure the monies for its completion are not being funneled for other endeavors. It's time to get a dedicated and qualified individual to oversee completion with set milestones to measure success on a realistic timeline.  Preferably a professional Project Manager not affiliated with the political machine in the city. Someone who answers to the City Manager that can be held accountable for completion in the not too distant future.
