With a 10 to 15 year pathway to citizenship for undocumented residents the light at the end of the tunnel is becoming brighter. While it's not full fledged amnesty it provides the best compromise possible in a contentious U.S. Congress at this time. Our undocumented citizens will be able to come out of the shadows and not fear deportation. Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart is leading the way in the House of Representatives to represent our interests while in the Senate Senator Marco Rubio is doing his part. This bipartisan effort has a very good chance of becoming law that will result in tangible results positively affecting so many in South Florida. Bravo!
