Legal Notice Invitation to Bid The City of Homestead, Florida requests to contract for, by means of sealed bids: Mowry Drive (SW 320th Street) Improvements From SW 152nd Avenue to SW 157th Avenue Document # 201228
The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed Bids, for Mowry Drive (SW 320th Street) Improvements from SW 157th Avenue to SW 152nd Avenue in the City of Homestead.

Pursuant to subsection (t) "Cone of Silence," of Section 2-11.1 Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics Ordinance of Miami-Dade County, public notice is hereby given that a Cone of Silence is imposed concerning this City's competitive purchasing process, which generally prohibits communications concerning the RFP until such time as the City Manager makes a written recommendation to the City Council concerning the competitive purchase transaction.
Please see the detailed specification for the public solicitation for goods or services for a statement fully disclosing the requirements of the "Cone of Silence."
No further Bid's will be accepted after Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., City Hall, 790 N. Homestead Blvd., Homestead, FL 33030.
