So Why The Remote "Traffic" Control?

Poor, silly Homestead has been using other jurisdiction's police to provide traffic control for the traffic fiasco that is Keys Gate. This time it is the South Miami P.D., if only the residents and taxpayers of South Miami knew where their officers and cars were on Friday.
