Wayne Rosen is a savvy businessman, why would he provide $250,000 to a City of Homestead Councilman just four months from a foreclosure in another state?
That other state issue raises even more questions.
In 2004 Newton County Georgia records show Jimmie L. Williams paid $118,500 for a property at 85 Fieldview Lane, Covington, Georgia. Tax records are in Wiliiams' name and that address was the tax address of record except for the first year where the bill was sent to a Port St. Joe address. In 2010 the property was foreclosed on and sold in 2011.
