According to records obtained from the city there are no sidewalks for 10% of the forecast 700 first year students who are either riding a bike or walking to the Mowry Street school. Yet everyone of our city "planners" at every level somehow missed putting in sidewalks for safe passage to and from the school for the kids. Great job!
How could this happen?
The silver lining is there are two ditches on either side of the new road.
There is some nonsense being spouted about the sidewalks are coming in Phase II, the current sacrificial lambs aka students will just have to wait a while for the current round of campaign cash from Alliance Homestead, LLC's Robert Cambo and Marcelo Saiegh, to run out.
